Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior pricing analyst to plan, lead and perform pricing and cost proposal development in line with government regulations and company policies. You will organize and lead a pricing team for large competitive proposals, analyze customer requirements, develop price-to-win strategies, and support audits.

The role requires a Bachelor’s with 5+ years’ experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years; the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance is required and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree with required years of experience in pricing/proposal work
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years with an advanced degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and perform pricing and cost proposal development in accordance with customer requirements and government regulations
• Organize and lead a pricing team for large competitive proposals; support cost realism and basis of estimate reviews
• Provide training and mentoring to junior pricing analysts; coordinate with other organizations in the proposal process
• Interface with government audits and pricing support activities; develop price-to-win analyses
