Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Charlotte, NC, seeks an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio including premier retail centers, drive NOI and asset value, and support leasing teams.

You will lead client relationships, manage budgeting and reporting, coordinate operations and maintenance, and ensure adherence to JLL standards while traveling to Hilton Head, SC as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate or property management.
• Proven track record managing P&L and achieving financial targets.
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and oversee property management, operations and maintenance.
• Develop and implement business plans to maximize asset value and NOI.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial and management reporting.
• Support leasing team with occupancy and tenant mix strategies.
• Ensure compliance with JLL core practices and standards.
