Job summary

JLL - Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Commercial Property Manager (Retail) to provide direct oversight of assigned retail properties, focused on maximizing NOI and asset value. The role requires a Houston-based presence with remote capabilities where appropriate and entails collaboration with leasing, operations, and client teams.

Candidates should have a Real Estate License, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of retail property management experience across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (B.A./B.S.).
• Minimum 5 years in retail property management; multi-property experience preferred.
• Real estate license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans for each property to maximize asset value and NOI.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial and management reports for clients.
• Oversee contractors and maintenance to ensure proper standards.
• Build relationships to retain existing business and pursue new opportunities.
• Support leasing team and assist with marketing efforts for properties.
