Job summary

You will coordinate with property managers, clients, and internal teams to deliver timely statements and insights.

The role requires 4–6 years of accounting experience in real estate, strong Excel/Yardi/MRI skills, and the ability to manage budgets, audits, and monthly closes across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in commercial real estate or property management accounting.
• Proficiency in GAAP and real estate operations.
• Advanced proficiency in property management software (Yardi/MRI) and Excel.
• Experience with CAM reconciliations, tenant billing, and lease administration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for an assigned portfolio of commercial properties, including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and monthly close.
• Prepare timely financial statements for owners and stakeholders per GAAP.
• Oversee tenant billing, CAM reconciliations, lease abstract reviews, and revenue recognition.
