Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Manager, Project Operations to lead a team of project managers delivering Workday-related implementations and BPaaS services. You will oversee portfolio-level delivery, governance, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong experience in HCM, Payroll, Payroll Tax, or Benefits projects, with a PMP or equivalent credential. Remote-first position with collaboration across client-facing and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years leading or managing a team of project managers.
• 2+ years' experience managing HCM, Payroll, Payroll Tax, or Benefits implementations.
• Demonstrated portfolio-level oversight — resource allocation, workload balancing, and delivery governance.
• Experience in BPaaS, SaaS, or professional services delivery environment.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential.

Responsibilities

• Owns the project portfolio, ensuring appropriate PM assignment and workload balance.
• Executes portfolio-level delivery assurance and mitigates systemic risks.
• Standardizes governance practices and audits adherence across PM-led projects.
• Leads PMO tooling and process improvements; drives adoption and integration.
• Builds PM talent pipelines, coaching PMs and identifying advancement readiness.
• Tracks performance using KPIs and dashboards; drives continuous improvement.
