Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking an experienced Portfolio Lead to manage the project portfolio across Workday-related initiatives. You will ensure proper PM assignments, balance workloads, and align delivery with business priorities within a high-velocity environment.

Lead governance, metrics, and process improvements across PMO tooling; collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize delivery predictability and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree required: Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of project management experience, incl. 3+ years leading or managing a team of PMs.
• 2+ years' experience managing HCM, Payroll, Payroll Tax, or Benefits implementations.
• Portfolio-level oversight experience: resource allocation, workload balancing, and delivery governance.
• Knowledge of HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Payroll Tax business areas.
• Experience in BPaaS, SaaS, or professional services delivery.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience in Workday ecosystem (implementation, consulting, or BPaaS ops).
• People management experience including performance management and talent development.
• Workday Certification; familiarity with Rocketlane or similar tooling.

Qualifications

• Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree
• Required
• 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years leading or managing a team of project managers
• 2+ years' experience managing HCM, Payroll, Payroll Tax, or Benefits application implementations
• Demonstrated experience with portfolio-level oversight — resource allocation, workload balancing, and delivery governance across multiple concurrent projects
• Working knowledge of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, and Payroll Tax
• Experience in a BPaaS, SaaS, or professional services delivery environment
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential
• Preferred
• Experience within the Workday ecosystem (implementation, consulting, or BPaaS operations)
• Prior people management experience including performance management and talent development
• Workday Certification
• Familiarity with Rocketlane or similar project delivery/PSA tooling
