Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Team Lead to guide a team delivering complex projects from initiation through completion. This role is remote for candidates based in New York City or the Tri-State area.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, manage procurement, contracting, and planning, while monitoring billing and P&L to EBITDA. A Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of experience and certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or CCM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; LEED AP, PMP, CCM designations preferred.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, performance evaluation, and staff retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead discussions of sensitive information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; oversee training, coaching, performance reviews, and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Oversee all phases of project management: procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution.
