Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Team Lead to supervise a project management team delivering strategic outcomes for complex initiatives in the U.S. This role is remote for candidates based in New York City or the Tri-State area, with on-site considerations as needed.

You will oversee procurement, planning, tracking, and execution while ensuring contract compliance, managing billing and expenses, and partnering with other lines to meet company targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience; leadership and staffing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Coordinate and manage team daily activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, planning, tracking, and execution.
• Ensure procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout compliance.
• Monitor billing, AR, expenses, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA.
• Collaborate across lines to achieve strategic objectives; identify risks and mitigation plans.
