Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects in the United States. You will manage stakeholders, track milestones, and ensure governance and best practices across projects.

The role emphasizes cost control, constructability guidance, and proactive communication with owners, architects, and contractors. On-site presence is required at client sites and project locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent Experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills with broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and PM tools.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that project governance, processes, and systems are utilized effectively.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Manage interfaces between suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
