Job summary

Razorfish Health is seeking a VP, Medical Director to lead medical strategy and scientific integrity across client accounts. You will translate complex data into clear medical content and work with account, strategy, creative, editorial, and regulatory teams to deliver accurate communications.

The role requires senior medical leadership, strong writing and presentation skills, and an ability to mentor teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory review processes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in healthcare, medicine, or related scientific field (MD/DO/PharmD/PhD/DDS or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of agency, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical advertising accounts; AOR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical, scientific, and strategic leadership for clients and internal teams.
• Serve as senior medical partner across assigned accounts; guide development of accurate, compelling medical communications.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of therapeutic areas such as immunology, oncology, hematology, and other complex diseases.
• Oversee medical advertising materials and ensure quality, medical accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
