Job summary

Razorfish is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead cross-disciplinary teams delivering cross-channel B2B marketing solutions. You will watch timelines, budgets, and quality, while balancing time, scope, and risk to maximize client value.

You will guide projects end-to-end, driving collaboration across Strategy, Creative, and Production, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project/program management experience on multi-channel marketing for enterprise B2B clients.
• Experience with waterfall, hybrid methodologies; Agile experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Strategy, Creative and Long-form Content production workflows.
• Experience with PMP tools; Smartsheet or Workfront preferred.
• Experience communicating directly with clients and managing multiple lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Structures and manages integrated, multi-track projects and programs of multiple projects.
• Manage multi-channel B2B campaigns from client brief through strategy, content, production and reporting.
• Provide direction and motivation to the team; clarify objectives and success criteria.
• Create project management deliverables such as plans, schedules, status reports and risk logs.
• Scope management and development/tracking of integrated project plans.
• Monitor project risks/issues and maintain dashboards and information systems.
• Maintain peer-level client relationships and day-to-day client contact.
