Qualifications

• 5–8 years in digital project management for consumer-facing products.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and act as main sprint contact.
• Translate business requirements to technical partners and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage dependencies and capacity constraints.
• Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation to stabilization.
• Maintain PMO governance standards and status reporting.
• Drive portfolio transparency with dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate deployment planning, readiness, and stabilization activities.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies as required.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
