Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional technology initiatives on a contract basis. You will drive delivery from planning through deployment and stabilization, coordinating engineering, product, and executive partners to align on goals.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of digital project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional tech programs.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise with Jira and Asana.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and act as main contact for sprint activities.
• Translate business requirements to technical partners and vice versa.
• Identify dependencies and capacity constraints to keep projects on track.
• Anticipate roadblocks and implement real-time solutions.
• Partner with Product Management to maintain product backlog and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee refinement to ensure actionable work items per sprint.
• Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation to stabilization.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain governance standards, reporting, and change management processes.
• Drive portfolio transparency with executive dashboards and milestones.
• Coordinate deployment planning, migration sequencing, and readiness activities.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies as required.
