Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead complex cross-functional technology initiatives on a contract basis. The role drives delivery across digital platforms from planning through deployment and stabilization.

The ideal candidate will coordinate engineering, product, finance partners, vendors, and executives, leveraging strong governance, agile practices, and clear communication in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of digital project management experience for consumer-facing products.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and serve as main point of contact for sprint activities.
• Translate business requirements for technical partners and communicate constraints.
• Identify dependencies and capacity constraints to keep projects on track.
• Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation through stabilization.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain PMO governance standards and progress reporting.
