Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional technology initiatives within DevOps on a contract basis. You will drive delivery across digital platforms from planning through deployment and stabilization, coordinating engineering, product, internal finance partners, vendors, and leadership.

The role emphasizes clear communication, governance discipline, and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

5 to 8 years in digital project management for consumer-facing products.
Experience supporting media, entertainment, sports, or consumer technology.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Expertise with Jira and Asana, plus Agile/CSM, Lean, planning tools.
Proven management of cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail with ability to lead multiple sub-projects concurrently.
Experience developing requirement roadmaps and aligning teams on digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and main contact for sprint activities.
Translate business requirements for technical partners and stakeholders.
Identify and manage dependencies and capacity constraints to keep projects on track.
Anticipate roadblocks and implement real-time solutions.
Prioritize and maintain product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
Oversee refinement to ensure actionable work items per sprint and program increment.
Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation through stabilization.
Manage cross-functional programs with engineering, vendors, and clients.
Develop and maintain detailed plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across teams and vendors.
Maintain PMO governance, reporting, and change management processes.
Drive portfolio transparency with dashboards and milestone tracking.
Facilitate risk management, escalation, and dependency coordination.
Liaise among leadership, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Translate technical initiatives into business-aligned outcomes and plans.
Coordinate deployment planning, migration sequencing, and readiness.
Support Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication.
