Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives within DevOps environments on a contract basis. This role is remote and requires strong governance and leadership to align delivery across engineering, product, and partners.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, translate business needs for technical teams, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement from planning through deployment and stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in digital project management for consumer-facing products.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Jira and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Translate business requirements for technical partners and communicate constraints.
• Identify and manage dependencies and capacity constraints to stay on track.
• Anticipate roadblocks and implement real-time solutions.
• Partner with Product Management to prioritize and maintain the backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Oversee ticket refinement for capacity and velocity per sprint and program increment.
• Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation through post-launch stabilization.
• Manage cross-functional programs with engineering, third-party partners, and internal clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain PMO governance standards, status reporting, and change management processes.
• Drive portfolio transparency with executive dashboards and milestones.
• Facilitate risk identification, mitigation planning, escalation, and dependency coordination.
• Serve as liaison among leadership, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Translate technical initiatives into business-aligned outcomes and actionable plans.
• Coordinate deployment planning, migration sequencing, operational readiness, and stabilization activities.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies as required.
• Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
