Job summary

Stryker’s Digital Robotics and Enabling Technologies team seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects advancing innovative medical device products. You will partner with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory to drive programs from inception through product release.

This remote role prefers candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones, with accountability for scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risk across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of project or program management leadership experience.
• Experience in medical device or regulated product development environments.
• Proven ability to influence and drive accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and leadership audiences.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, resources, budget, risk, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams through the product development lifecycle from inception to product release.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones and deliverables.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory and other stakeholders to identify dependencies and remove barriers.
• Influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority and establish ownership.
• Proactively identify, assess and manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
• Provide clear, timely updates on progress, risks, decisions and priorities.
