Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Workflow Engine and SmartCare integrations. This role partners with customers, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver market-ready solutions that connect systems and automate healthcare workflows.

The candidate will own strategic roadmaps, define success metrics, and drive cross-functional execution across a broad technology stack. Remote role with preference for near Fort Wayne, Portage, or San Jose offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of professional experience in product/portfolio management.
• Experience owning strategy and roadmaps for software, platform, middleware, API, or workflow products.
• Strong understanding of software development, cloud architectures, APIs, and interoperability.
• Healthcare IT, interoperability, FHIR/HL7 preferred.
• Experience with middleware or enterprise integration platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate strategic vision, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead portfolio planning, business cases, and lifecycle management.
• Translate strategy into execution with engineering and architecture teams.
• Identify market opportunities and champion innovative healthcare workflow solutions.
• Develop market insights by engaging with customers and partners.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive product success.
• Measure adoption, performance, and value delivery for the portfolio.
• Mentor peers and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
