Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Manager, Robotics Platform Development to lead a growing engineering organization responsible for complex robotic medical technology. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team across electrical, systems, product safety, and contractors, focusing on people leadership, scalability, and execution to deliver platform development commitments.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or a technical field.
8+ years of engineering experience.
2+ years of direct people management experience.
Experience leading robotics hardware programs preferred.
Experience with design controls, risk management, and regulated product development.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering organization supporting robotic platform development.
Establish clear performance expectations, provide actionable feedback, and support career development.
Staffing and workload planning across full-time employees and contractors.
Partner with PM and senior leaders to translate priorities into executable plans.
Drive execution with emphasis on quality, schedule, and regulatory compliance.
