Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated project or program management leadership experience.
• Experience working within the medical device industry or a similarly regulated product‑development environment.
• Proven ability to influence, lead, and drive accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to effectively communicate across technical and leadership audiences.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, resources, budget, risk, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project teams through the product development lifecycle from inception to product release.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify dependencies, remove barriers, and maintain momentum with R&D, QA, regulatory, and other stakeholders.
• Influence and motivate teams without direct authority, ensuring clear ownership for commitments.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, providing timely progress updates to leadership.
