Qualifications

• 6+ years working as a project or program manager on process improvement and vendor solution implementation projects.
• Experience leading diverse stakeholder groups and executive sponsorship.
• Experience with PMI-based program and project management techniques.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle projects and healthcare transformations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate revenue cycle transformation strategy discussions.
• Lead program and project initiation and planning phases.
• Actively identify and manage program and project issues and risks.
• Manage scope, budget, ROI, and schedule for assigned programs and projects.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with UW Medicine leadership and ERC stakeholders.
• Manage vendors and oversee implementation and post-implementation closeout.
