Job summary

UW Medicine is seeking an ERC Program Financial Analyst for a 100% remote, full-time role within the Enterprise Revenue Cycle. The analyst partners with ERC leaders and external agencies to drive regulatory and workflow improvements across financial assistance, price transparency, and Medicaid initiatives.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4–5 years in Revenue Cycle analytics, with strong MS Office skills and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Health Information Management, or related field.
• At least four (5) years in Revenue Cycle positions as an analyst or lead with demonstrated problem solving.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory policies and vendors; proficient in common applications.

Responsibilities

• Focus on federal and state regulatory requirements for initiatives like Financial Assistance, BBPA/NSA, Health Benefit Exchange, Price Transparency, Medicaid/Apple Health.
• Coordinate development and maintenance of regulatory materials, FAQs, tip sheets, change notices, workflows, and communications.
• Maintain regulatory tracking, project plans, deadlines, documentation, decisions, and action items.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with vendors from development to contracting to implementation.
• Manage ERC contract calendars, renewal dates, deliverables, milestones, and documentation.
• Manage cross-functional Revenue Cycle projects and operational improvements under the Director.
• Lead development and maintenance of ERC policies, procedures, workflows, job aids, and related docs.
• Conduct research and operational analysis to support recommendations and decisions.
