Job summary

Inizio Evoke is seeking a Copy Supervisor to lead strategic brand messaging and mentor junior writers in a healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing environment. You will translate complex data into compelling narratives while navigating regulatory reviews to deliver accurate content.

The role reports to the Associate Creative Director, Copy and is fully remote, supporting East Coast working hours. You will collaborate with medical, strategy, and design teams to push creative boundaries with

Qualifications

• Proven pharma copywriter with experience across channels.
• Mentor and develop junior writers to improve strategy and execution.
• Navigate medical, legal, and regulatory review processes to deliver compliant content.

Responsibilities

• Own brand messaging and lead high-quality, strategic copy across platforms.
• Translate complex scientific data into compelling narratives for HCP and patient audiences.
• Mentor junior copywriters and provide feedback to strengthen writing and thinking.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Strategy, and Medical teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through review processes to deliver clear, accurate content.
• Present and defend creative work to teams, clients, and regulatory reviewers.
• Contribute to brand strategy and ideation with innovative storytelling approaches.
• Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve copy effectiveness.
