Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead high-profile multifamily developments in the Boston region.

You will act as the primary Owner's Project Manager across a portfolio of 5–7 projects, guiding teams through planning, design, construction, and closeout with autonomy and direct collaboration with ownership. The role requires a proven PM background in multifamily housing, strong budgeting and procurement experience, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Project Executive in construction management, ownership or development.
• Strong background managing multifamily residential projects, including affordable and market-rate housing.
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, procurement strategies, and project financial performance.
• Ability to lead complex project teams and be a trusted advisor to clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Understanding of preconstruction, design management, and construction execution.
• Knowledge of New England development and construction market and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Teams and digital project workflows.
• Willingness to travel for project meetings and site visits in the region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Owner's Project Manager for multiple development projects.
• Lead development teams through planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, contracts, and project execution.
• Coordinate consultant and vendor selection, including architects and engineers.
• Manage entitlement, permitting, historic preservation, and regulatory approvals.
• Participate in meetings with municipalities and community stakeholders.
• Support affordable housing initiatives and sustainability goals.
• Evaluate project risks and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
• Guide major decisions on construction methods, systems and schedules.
• Manage a portfolio of 5–7 projects depending on complexity.
• Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, and industry partners.
