Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of a $55M, 185‑unit, 7‑story multifamily project from preconstruction through delivery
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial health
• Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and reports
• Build strong client relationships and support business development efforts
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure professional growth and high performance
• Drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and to quality standards

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large‑scale multifamily projects
• Proven ability to lead ground‑up construction projects
• Strong financial and contractual management skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
