Michael Page US is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead premier interior projects in downtown Boston. You will oversee multiple assignments from inception through completion, directing planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout while serving as the primary client contact and mentoring a team of PMs and staff.

The role demands 8+ years of managerial experience, strong client-facing communication, and a deep knowledge of interior fit-out projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering interior corporate/tenant fit-outs or life sciences projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects from $1M to $20M.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, contracts, procurement, and project controls knowledge.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple interior construction projects from inception to closeout ($1M–$20M).
• Direct budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution and closeout activities.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high service levels and satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and project staff.
• Collaborate with field operations, subcontractors, architects, and ownership teams.
• Monitor financials, budgets, and project profitability; identify risks and implement solutions.
• Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders; support preconstruction and business development.
