The role offers a base salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 plus benefits, with strong growth opportunities as the project pipeline expands in a growing Florida market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
• Ground-up multifamily construction experience required.
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M+.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery knowledge.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of a ground-up multifamily construction project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with key milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
