Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• 15+ years of experience in running ground up new construction projects of multifamily homes and full renovations of Brownstones
• Experience with direct site supervision experience
• Develop project plans and schedules
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Able to analyze blueprints and other documentation
• Quality control, field troubleshooting, maintain documentation
• Able to communicate with owners
• Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project and Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high end residential and multifamily construction projects from start to finish
• Visit project sites locally to supervise and coordinate activities
