Michael Page US is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead Owner's Project Management for multiple development projects across New England.

You will act as the primary client contact, guiding teams through planning, design, preconstruction, construction and closeout while managing budgets, contracts and procurement. You will coordinate with architects, engineers and sustainability specialists, oversee entitlement and permitting, and participate in stakeholder meetings to support affordable housing

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in construction management.
  • Strong background managing multifamily residential projects, including affordable and market-rate.
  • Experience with budgets, contracts, procurement, and project financial performance.
  • Ability to lead complex project teams and advise clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Understanding of preconstruction, design management, and construction execution.
  • Knowledge of the New England development market and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Teams, document management systems, and digital project workflows.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for project-related meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Owner's Project Manager for multiple development projects and be the main client contact.
  • Manage projects valued between $75M and $200M across multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, nonprofit, cultural and commercial sectors.
  • Lead development teams through planning, design, preconstruction, construction and closeout.
  • Oversee budgets, contracts, procurement strategies, and overall project execution.
  • Coordinate consultant and vendor selection including architects, engineers, and sustainability specialists.
  • Manage entitlement, permitting, historic preservation and regulatory approvals.
  • Participate in meetings and hearings with municipalities and stakeholders.
  • Support affordable housing initiatives and sustainability goals.
  • Evaluate risks, facilitate decisions and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
  • Guide major project decisions on construction methods, systems, delivery strategies, and scheduling.
  • Manage portfolios of 5–7 projects depending on complexity and phase.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants and industry partners.
