Job summary

Boyer & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Microsoft Business Solutions implementations across multiple workstreams.

This role requires accountability for delivery, risk, and stakeholder alignment while mentoring Project Managers to uphold PMO standards. The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience in professional services, strong executive presence, and PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years project management experience in enterprise or professional services delivery.
• Proven experience leading high‑risk or complex Microsoft implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to stabilize challenged projects.
• Strong executive communication and leadership presence.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Microsoft Business Solutions implementations with parallel workstreams.
• Own delivery risk, margin protection, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive advanced governance and inspection practices.
• Serve as escalation point for Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Lead sponsor‑level communications and decision forums.
• Coach and mentor Project Managers on PMO standards and delivery discipline.
• Contribute to PMO maturity, tooling, and process improvements.
