Description

The Senior Project Manager leads complex, multi-workstream implementations, manages elevated delivery and financial risk, and serves as a mentor and coach for Project Managers while maintaining hands‑on delivery accountability through disciplined planning, inspection, and governance aligned to Boyer PMO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex Microsoft Business Solutions implementations with parallel workstreams
• Own delivery risk, margin protection, and stakeholder alignment
• Drive advanced governance and inspection practices
• Serve as escalation point for Project Managers and delivery teams
• Lead sponsor‑level communications and decision forums
• Coach and mentor Project Managers on PMO standards and delivery discipline
• Contribute to PMO maturity, tooling, and process improvements

Success Measures

• Stabilization of complex or at‑risk projects
• Improved forecast accuracy and margin protection
• Measurable uplift in PM capability

This role includes a base pay range listed above and is eligible for performance‑based bonus or incentive compensation based on role and individual performance. Bonus opportunities are defined by work group or role and may be paid monthly, quarterly, bi‑annually, or annually. All bonus and incentive compensation are performance‑based and not guaranteed.
