Job summary

K&A Power Group in Westwood, MA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex OT/engineering projects in the energy sector. You will guide Engineering, Operations, and IT teams, manage schedules and budgets, and report to the Distribution Communications leadership.

The role emphasizes delivering high‑quality artifacts, coordinating stakeholders, and driving project change control from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business required; PM experience preferred.
• Master’s degree is a plus; relevant PM coursework desired.
• Twenty years of related experience including at least 3 years in PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level project management overview, direction, and leadership.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and risk across Engineering, Operations, and IT teams.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver clear written and oral project status reports to management.
• Maintain project budgets and develop financial projections and change controls.
