Trapeze Software Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its EAM software delivery team. This fully remote role requires independence and the ability to manage complex, high-impact projects with diverse stakeholders.

You will lead contracts and project execution from initiation to closeout, maintain schedules and budgets, guide change management, and deliver executive-ready reports. Travel up to 15% is expected to support customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as vendor-based Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent engagements with diverse requirements.
• 5+ years in consulting, business analysis, software delivery, or systems integration.
• Ability to independently lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation through closeout.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracts, service agreements, and projects from initiation to closeout with autonomy.
• Plan and execute complex EAM software delivery projects with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage scope, timelines, quality, and cost; advise on impact to schedule and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, forecasts, and cost performance.
• Lead change management and ensure documentation and approvals are in place.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and executive steering meetings.
• Serve as primary accountability and escalation point for delivery.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting, requirements docs, and presentations.
• Contribute to PM processes and best practices across the organization.
