Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Project Manager III to oversee medium to high complexity projects within programs and standalone initiatives. The role drives delivery, aligns milestones with the project lifecycle, and collaborates with business owners and IT resources to maintain schedules and budgets.

The incumbent will refine project charters, manage a 20+ person team, and report status to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Project Management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to high complexity projects within programs and standalone initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project schedule and WBS; track milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with IT and business resources; manage scope, schedule, and budget changes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports, meeting notes, and governance documentation.
• Mentor junior Project Managers or Coordinators and ensure adherence to PMO standards.
