Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Project Manager III to lead medium to high complexity projects within programs and standalone efforts. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, refining charters, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining the project schedule, WBS, budgets up to $3.5M, RAID, risk and issue management, and reporting status to senior leadership. PMP preferred; hybrid work possible in a healthcare payer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.
• Master’s Degree in related field is preferred.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver successful project outcomes with medium to high complexity.
• Maintain project schedule and WBS, coordinate with IT and business resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders through project life cycle.
• Maintain RAID, risks, and issues; escalate where needed.
• Capture and report project status, milestones, and budget to stakeholders.
