Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sr. Customer Technical Support Specialist for a fully remote role. You will resolve hardware, software, and assay issues via phone, email, or video, supporting a 24/7 CTSO team.

Role requires a biology/clinical lab degree and 3+ years of lab or field experience, with on-call coverage. The position offers a 4x10-hour night schedule (Wed–Sat) and remote work from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, medical technology, medical laboratory technical, or clinical laboratory scientist required.
• 3+ years lab or field experience.
• Must be able to communicate clearly by phone or email.

Responsibilities

• Independently resolve complex and routine issues on the Lab Automation product line.
• Distinguish between hardware and software issues to resolve the customer issue remotely or dispatch the right resource.
• Maintain quality standards and comply with procedures during calls and workflows.
