Job summary

Paradigm Information Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Client Services Senior Project Manager to support its Remediation and Class Action administration practice.

This remote, contract role leads complex projects, manages budgets, and ensures exceptional service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate combines client relationships with financial acumen, operational discipline, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management and client-facing experience.
• eDiscovery and hands-on experience with Relativity/RelativityOne.
• Bachelor's degree in management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• JD/MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, timelines, resources, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to foresee risks and develop contingencies.
• Ability to delegate effectively and ensure timely delivery.
• Strong technical aptitude and computer skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with judgment and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring requirements are understood.
• Lead complex Remediation and Class Action projects from planning through completion, delivering on time and within budget.
• Manage project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and invoicing.
• Provide guidance to other Project Managers on forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across sales, data analysis, development, and operations.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and adjust resources and priorities accordingly.
• Delegate responsibilities and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Maintain effective internal communications on status, risks, and priorities.
• Resolve difficult client situations with professionalism and solutions-focused approach.
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate project staff; develop a high-performing team.
• Support succession planning and internal talent development.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, workflows to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement best practices and streamline service delivery.
• Use data to identify issues, evaluate performance, and support sound decisions.
• Partner with teams to maintain high service standards while supporting revenue and profitability goals.
