Qualifications

  • Extensive project management and client-facing experience.
  • eDiscovery and hands-on experience with Relativity/RelativityOne.
  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • JD/MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, timelines, resources, deliverables, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary operational point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring requirements are understood.
  • Lead complex Remediation and Class Action projects from planning through completion, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Manage project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and invoicing.
  • Provide guidance to other Project Managers on forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing accuracy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources across sales, data analysis, development, and operations.
  • Monitor progress, identify issues, and adjust resources and priorities accordingly.
  • Delegate responsibilities and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Maintain effective internal communications on status, risks, and priorities.
  • Resolve difficult client situations with professionalism and solutions-focused approach.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate project staff; develop a high-performing team.
  • Support succession planning and internal talent development.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, workflows to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leaders to implement best practices and streamline service delivery.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Paradigm is seeking an experienced Client Services Senior Project Manager - Class Action & Remediationto support our client's Remediation and Class Action administration practice. This is a senior, highly client-facing role responsible for leading complex projects, managing project financials and resources, developing project teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished project manager who combines strong client relationship skills with financial acumen, operational discipline, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. This position requires sound judgment, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

The Senior Project Manager will also provide leadership and development to Project Coordinators and may oversee Associate Project Managers, Supervisors, Project Attorneys, and other project personnel.

Type: Contract

Duration: 3-month*

Pay Rate: $45.00 - $75.00/hour

As a Quality Assurance Data Analyst, you will:

  • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring project requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met.
  • Lead complex Remediation and Class Action administration projects from planning through completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards.
  • Manage project financial performance, including budget and estimate review, monthly revenue forecasting, invoice review, and achievement of established financial objectives.
  • Provide guidance to other Project Managers regarding project forecasting, budgeting, and invoice accuracy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources, including sales representatives, data analysts, web developers, call center teams, disbursement specialists, claims analysts, and other operational personnel.
  • Continually monitor project progress, identify potential issues, establish contingency plans, and adjust resources and priorities as necessary.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure project assignments and internal requests are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal communication strategies that keep project teams and management informed of project status, priorities, risks, and issues.
  • Manage and resolve difficult or sensitive client situations using sound judgment, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate project staff while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Develop team members through ongoing coaching, training, and guidance.
  • Support succession planning and the development of a strong internal talent pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, workflows, and procedures to increase efficiency, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with business and operational leaders to develop and implement best practices and streamline service delivery.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive project management and client-facing experience, including responsibility for complex projects, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams.
  • eDiscovery and significant hands-on experience with Relativity and/or RelativityOne.
  • Bachelor's degree in management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience, preferred.
  • Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or similar advanced degree preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred.
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, forecasts, timelines, resources, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills, including experience coaching, developing, and supervising team members.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex and shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks, evaluate alternatives, and develop contingency plans.
