Job summary

Partner Company in the United States is seeking a remote Senior Project Manager to lead Class Action and Remediation administration projects from planning through completion. You will oversee scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality while serving as a trusted client-facing partner.

The role requires strong judgment, analytical thinking, and exceptional communication. You will coach project professionals, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive PM and client-facing experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on eDiscovery experience with Relativity/RelativityOne.
• Bachelor’s degree in management; JD/MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• PMP certification through PMI preferred.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Class Action and Remediation projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage budgets, timelines, quality standards, and delivery objectives.
• Advise other PMs on forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across data, technology, sales, call center, and claims teams.
• Communicate status, risks, and changes to project leadership.
• Coach project professionals and drive process improvements.
