Job summary

PCI Environmental is seeking a Remediation Project Manager to lead investigation and remediation projects under CERCLA and RCRA. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while building strong client relationships and coordinating with subcontractors.

The role emphasizes technical report writing, regulatory communications, and safety stewardship, with opportunities for remote work flexibility. A PE/PG/PMP and 7–15 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience in environmental restoration under CERCLA/RCRA.
• Professional registrations: PE, PG and/or PMP.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER training with 8-hour annual refreshers preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Access.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
• May require background check and education verification.

Responsibilities

• Managing scope, schedule, and budget for large remediation projects under CERCLA and RCRA.
• Building strong client relationships and handling regulatory correspondence.
• Technical report writing and review of Remedial Investigation and related documents.
• Analyzes and provides solutions to complex issues within area of expertise.
• Maintain health and safety stewardship, including field visits.
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals; coordinate with staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control of tasks and mentor junior staff.
• Produce reports such as UFP-QAPPs, PMPs, QCPs, AAP/SSHPs, and RI/RA reports.
