Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in related field.
• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience in a Clinical Research environment.
• PMP Certification required or may be obtained within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with BD team to execute site qualification and feasibility meetings.
• Work closely with department heads to evaluate costs for labor, equipment needs, and/or any other supplies needed for the protocol/synopsis.
• Collaborates with management to write, review and finalize proposal packages for sponsor submission.
• Initiates and hosts all project kick-off meetings.
• Creates integrated project timelines.
• Serves as a central point of contact with sponsors for all deliverables.
• Responsible to monitor the progress of each individual project deliverable against the project.
• Responds to sponsor post-study inquiries – collaborates with department heads.
