SSi People is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional planning and execution for precision medicine initiatives within a complex R&D environment. You will drive timelines, budgets, risk management, and communications to keep workstreams aligned with strategic goals.

This remote role emphasizes collaboration with biomarker strategy teams and stakeholders across pharma, biotech, and research. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree with 2+ years PM experience, or Bachelor's with 4+ years PM experience, or Associate's with 6+ years PM experience.
• Technical or scientific background with 6+ years of industry or academic experience.
• Experience in pharma, consulting, and/or drug development, especially in R&D.
• Program and project management experience in healthcare-related environments with cross-functional planning.
• Experience using PM tools and AI/ML concepts in biopharma contexts.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and PM software such as Smartsheet, Planisware, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and execution of integrated cross-functional plans across precision medicine teams.
• Coordinate research collaborations, reverse translational initiatives, timelines, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Monitor budget, team expenses, and delivery milestones while identifying risks and mitigations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize biomarker strategy and governance.
