Inovalon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive initiatives end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning projects with organizational goals. You will create detailed plans, manage risks, and communicate with executives to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, healthcare exposure, and strong proficiency in MS Office 365 tools. Hybrid work is available with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience leading concurrent cross-departmental projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to multi-task and communicate progress.
• Ability to lead through influence across leadership levels.
• Experience in healthcare/biomedical business preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, Visio.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align project priorities with organizational goals and strategies.
• Lead concurrent cross-functional project teams in defining the project scope and objectives with the RACI.
• Create a project charter and detailed project plan identifying tasks and milestones.
• Develop project communication plans and coordinate across departments and with clients.
• Track and report progress to stakeholders, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Perform risk management, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks throughout the project cycle.
• Lead, coach, and mentor project team members.
• Apply lean concepts to automate improvements and support post-project evaluations.
• Maintain compliance with Inovalon policies and HIPAA requirements.
