Job summary

BriteCore is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of our cloud-based core platform. You will partner with Implementation Analysts, product owners, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to drive requirements, scope, and successful delivery.

In this remote US-based role, you will balance multiple high-impact projects, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure exceptional client outcomes while collaborating with diverse teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex SaaS implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the platform within timelines and budget.
• Serve as the primary contact with large customers, managing scope and costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and resource allocation.
• Optimize processes to reduce costs and timelines while ensuring quality.
• Report progress to executives and stakeholders with regular updates.
• Manage资源 allocation across projects and track actual efforts.
• Facilitate meetings with actionable outcomes and clear next steps.
• Identify and mitigate risks with transparent communication.
