Job summary

BriteCore is hiring a Senior Presales Engineer to help prospects understand how the BriteCore Platform solves complex insurance challenges. You’ll work with organizations to uncover goals, configure our software to highlight its strengths, and deliver tailored demos that demonstrate value.

You will translate P&C operations into clear benefits, bridge technology and business impact, and travel up to 50% domestically as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of presales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
3+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry supporting a SaaS platform.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to translate technical information for non‑technical audiences.
Excellent presentation, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to understand customer goals and align capabilities.
Design and deliver customized demos and proposals that highlight value.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support revenue growth through technical insight.
Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering for future development.
Train Sales and Marketing on platform functionality and differentiators.
Complete RFI/RFP responses and proof of concept projects.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot demo/trial environments.
