This full-time role coordinates cross-functional initiatives and tracks deliverables across accounting, finance, contracting, HR, compliance, and admin services. You will support leadership with clear decisions, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication, helping drive process improvements and governance for shared services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Operations, Public Administration, or a related field. (see CCSI's equivalency chart)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience coordinating cross-functional projects, business operations initiatives, or shared services programs.
• PMP, Scrum Master, Lean, Six Sigma, or related certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support cross-functional projects involving Business Management Support functions. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and help facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and planning sessions. Track project timelines and deliverables to keep work on schedule.
• Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and bring issues forward to leadership for resolution. Coordinate activities among internal stakeholders, external clients, and partners.
• Track contract renewal dates and coordinate timely renewal actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings with Shared Services Initiative partners and other stakeholders.
• Support leadership in clarifying roles, responsibilities, and ownership across project teams. Track decisions and follow up to keep momentum. Document processes, risks, and scope changes.
