Job summary

Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI) seeks a Shared Services Senior Project Coordinator to support coordinating cross-functional initiatives in accounting, finance, contracting, HR, and operations.

You will develop plans, track milestones, manage risks, and communicate with leadership to keep projects on time and within scope. The role involves facilitating meetings, supporting governance, and driving process improvements within a state-wide, flexible remote/on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Operations, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience coordinating cross-functional projects, business operations initiatives, or shared services programs.
• PMP, Scrum Master, Lean, Six Sigma, or related certification a plus.
• Experience with process improvement, organizational change management, or shared services implementation highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support cross-functional projects involving departments such as Accounting, Finance, Contracting, HR, Compliance, and Administrative Services.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues to leadership for resolution.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare status reviews, and ensure communication across stakeholders.
