You will drive scheduling, forecasting, cost analysis, and risk management, partnering with senior leadership to ensure accurate reporting and contractual compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of construction project controls experience.
• Strong leadership experience with senior contributors.
• Expertise in project scheduling, cost analysis, and risk analysis.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls team, including schedulers and analysts.
• Develop and manage CPM schedules and budget analysis.
• Ensure timely delivery of project controls reports and forecasts.
• Conduct strategic analysis of project data to recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with project controls contractual obligations.
