Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a remote Program Planner to support the Strategic Communications portfolio. You will collaborate with scheduling, program management, and finance to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

The role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and experience with government contracting requirements. Remote work is supported, with potential site travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience using scheduling software to create and maintain industry-related schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan) is required.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) compliant with government and corporate requirements.
• Assist with planning and cost estimation activities and prepare reports to ensure programs meet schedules.
• Prepare internal weekly/monthly program schedule review packages and external data deliverables (CDRLs).
• Perform critical path, schedule risk, and variance analyses to support schedule decisions.
• Incorporate contractual changes into the IMS to maintain current baselines.
