Job summary

Grant Leading Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler (Construction) to lead planning and management of FAA design and construction programs. This remote role requires translating client requirements into master schedules that span development to completion.

Responsibilities include using P6 or MS Project, developing IMS, risk management, and reporting to executives. Fifteen years of scheduling experience and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of applied scheduling experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Business or relevant field.
• Experience in federal government projects and schedule management.
• Knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Utilize scheduling software (P6 or Microsoft Projects) to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Interact with key stakeholders including PM. Take meeting minutes and take action on meeting agenda items
• Develop scheduling basis of estimates and other supporting documentation (maintain and update ground rules and assumptions)
• Prepare Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Estimate contract time and determination for multiple projects
• Establish and manage risk associated with the project
• Establish reporting metrics and KPIs including look-ahead scheduling and critical path
• Develop schedule management plans
• Prepare and present schedule reports for executive management and clients
• Conduct delay analysis and what-if scenarios including disruption claims
• Schedule analysis and progress completion verification
• Conduct project phase scheduling
• Integrate external fragnets into project schedule
• Develop resource allocation schedules
